Practice

Critical Reflection is at the foundation of my commitment to learning and teaching, in as well as out of the classroom. I implement reflective thinking by evaluating my teaching methods through four diverse perspectives and focused questions, considering students, colleagues, and my perspective. By evaluating my practice through this method, I have improved my knowledge of my approach and have been capable of recognizing possibilities for development, allowing me to make appropriate changes to future courses. Furthermore, Padlet provides a platform for visual reflection with their artistic and creative process.
